Individual Therapy

I love to support individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, overcoming trauma, and coping with infidelity. I have experience treating both adults and children ages 3+. Each client is unique and different in how they handle challenges and experiences. I utilize skills from systemic therapy models to better understand the way you may be experiencing those challenges. If you are interested in individual therapy, we will discuss the relationships and avenues of support in your life. You are uniquely made, and I strive to make sure your voice is heard in your healing journey.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship goes through seasons of ups and downs, and I'm no stranger to this myself. There is a benefit to having a third party in the room to help facilitate healthy conversations between couples and find solutions. I have completed Level 1 Training in Couples Therapy and am currently undergoing Level 2 Training. I utilize the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my own clinical work. The Gottman Method is one of the most evidence-based treatment methods that can be utilized in couples therapy and is evidenced to support couples along all economic, racial, sexual orientation, and cultural sectors. I also utilize techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples connect on a deeper level. Considering my own identities and belief systems, those in LGBT+ relationships are welcomed here with open arms.

Family Therapy

I have extensive clinical experience treating families in the therapy room. I have comfortably managed and treated groups as large as 10 family members in my therapy room. When families come to see me, I make sure that every member's voice is heard in the therapy room. I love to support families through major life milestones, processing through parental separation, co-parenting, and parent-child relationship issues. Although it may seem like it could be a chaotic experience, some of the best healing occurs when we are healing as a family unit.
